The Delaware 4th Infantry Regiment was organized at Wilmington, Del., June to November, 1862. Regiment lost during service 4 Officers and 80 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 1 Officer and 79 Enlisted men by disease. Total 164. OFFICERS:
