    yon ~ one, a, an

    * Not sure of this translation.
    1. anjeneral is an (in) and jeneral (general) combined into one word.
    2. chanjman. I believe the word should be chanje - change. Not sure of the man suffix. 3. entène. I believe the word should be antre (enter)
    4. eskè. This appears to be a phonetic spelling of the English word ask. The word have is genyen in Creole. I have not found a Creole word for ask. The Creole word for inquire is fè demann.
    5. pat. This word translates to paw or batter. It makes no sense in this context. Generally Creole has trouble with verb tenses. Perhaps this word is used to show "Has there been" although "Have you been" is translated "Èske w te... ou" in the next sentence.
    6. te. Looks like another word used to show verb tense in this context.
